Travel Wise is the Merseyside Transport Partnership's campaign to help people on Merseyside make sustainable transport choices - public transport, walking, cycling and using cars wisely.

One of our many projects is to work with tourist and visitor attractions such as Dunes Splash World to provide information and promote healthier and more sustainable forms of transport as a means of accessing the venue.

Cycling is an environmentally friendly, healthy and cheap way to travel, and with Southport designated as a Cycle Demonstration Town there is an extensive network of cycle lanes and paths as well as conveniently located storage facilities.
