Dunes Splash World also has a massive Fitness Suite which is a little over a year old. The Fitness Suite, which is run by Eze Fitness offers a range of different adult memberships and also a childrens membership (11 - 16 years).

The superb Fitness Suite overlooks Splash World and has machines and free weights to cater for every level of fitness. A unique computer system acts as your very own personal trainer ensuring you make the most of each and every visit. A wide range or Cardio Vascular machines and also downstairs beside the pool there is a Sauna and Steam area for members to use.

The studio timetable offers a range of fun classes whether you want to tone up, get in shape or get fit. From Pilates to Move N Grove, Adult Tap to vertical dance there will be something for you!

There's also a four badminton court sports hall and a studio, which can be used for a variety of activities including fitness classes, martial arts, yoga and training sessions.
