Below you will find some basic terms and conditions of use.


All bookings and dates offered are valid for 7 days and confirmed by receipt of a completed booking form.


Facilities will only be reserved after upon completion of a booking form. Dunes Splash World may cancel the booking if the booking might prejudice the reputation of the Centre or Sefton MBC.


Bookings made more than 6 months before the event may be confirmed in writing within 14 days depending upon the event/booking.


A deposit amount of £50 is required to secure this booking and is non refundable if the event is cancelled within 14 days. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days then half the hire charge will be payable.


Any cancellation should be made in writing at least 21 days before the hire period is due to commence.


Final numbers must be confirmed no less than 7 days in advance of the booking so that the room can be made up to the number of people it will need to accommodate.


Resources are available but must be requested at the time of booking. i.e. flip chart, projector, white boards.


The customer will be liable for all and any damage caused to facilities, furniture or equipment by acts of their delegates, staff or visitors.


No wines, spirits or beverages may be brought into the Dunes Splash World by or on behalf of the customer for consumption on the premises.
