The admission criteria detailed has been developed following advice from National Governing Bodies, The Institute of Sport & Recreation Management (ISRM), The Amateur Swimming Association (ASA), The Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) and The Royal Society For The Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA).

A responsible person, aged at least 16 years of age, must accompany all children under the age of 8 years in the swimming pool. The responsible person must go into the water with the children they are accompanying and must maintain a constant watch over the children for whom they are responsible.

All children under the age of 8 years must remain under the care of an adult (over 16 years) at all times and in the same pool.

NB: All weak or non swimmers must wear armbands and are restricted to the shallow end if in the main pool.

Saturday and Sunday – 10am – 4pm (All year round)

Holiday Season Only – Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm (Sefton School Holiday periods only)

Please note: All Slides and features will close 15 minutes prior to closing.

Before proceeding with your booking, guests are asked to read the points below:

• All guests wanting to go into Splash World are required to purchase an admission ticket online at the advertised price. As per our safeguarding policy, nobody is admitted without a ticket. In Splash World there is limited seating available for paying spectators. Please ensure that you are purchasing enough tickets to cover each member of your party entering the Waterpark. For those not wanting to purchase an admission ticket they may utilise the Reception area at the front of our building where there is comfortable seating (subject to availability).
• We require 24 hours notice to transfer your booking by phoning reception.
• All tickets are strictly non-refundable.
• Upon completion of your booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us – Please check spam and junk folders in case your confirmation lands in here.
• Any failed online payments will return into your payment account within 3-5 working days (please contact your bank for payment issues).
• Please ensure your bring payments methods for Lockers and car parking charges.

• Family Slide – .All persons age 6 +, Competent swimmers only, 1 adult 16+ and 1 junior 2-5yr old can ride together.
• Fast Slide – All persons age 6 +, Competent swimmers only, single ride use only.
• Tyre Ride – All persons age 6 +, Competent swimmers only, weight restrictions apply (max 100kg), single ride use only.
• Water Tipping bucket area slides x 2 – Ages 4-12 +, No adult use, Adults supervise child’s usage at all times, single ride use only.
• Toddler Area – Ages 1-5 years, all children accompanied by an Adult (16+).
• Rapid River – Competent swimmers ONLY, all non-swimmers accompanied by competent Adult swimmer and wearing appropriate floating devices.
• Diving is not permitted anywhere in Splash World.
• ALL AREAS – All non-swimmers and children under the age 8 must be accompanied at all times by competent ADULT 16+ whilst within the waterpark.
• Recommend that all non-swimmers, regardless of age, should wear appropriate flotation devices and should be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer.
• We do not lend out flotation devices to customers.
• We do not allow snorkels, diving equipment or use of throwing devices anywhere.
• All swimmers must wear clean swimwear – cut-off jeans and other improvised costumes are not allowed. We make exceptions for religious or medical reasons; please speak to a member of staff for advice.
• All Customers must leave the water at their allocated time following a Tanoy announcement ending their session.

Disabled Guest – Please book your tickets online. Upon arrival at the centre you will be issued with a 20% refund onto the payment card you have paid with. You will need to bring along any form of disability identification (Examples:- DID Card, DLA letter, PIP letter). Without any identification – no refunds will be issued.

Carers – Please book your tickets online. Upon arrival at the centre you will be issued with a 20% refund onto the payment card you have paid with. You will need to bring along any form of official photographic carers identification (without any identification – no refunds will be issued)
